CUCKOO+ CARE SERVICE
The CUCKOO+ Care Service is a product maintenance service which is
conducted periodically for CUCKOO customers to maintain the quality
and excellence of CUCKOO products such as water purifiers, air purifier,
outdoor filter, and induction cookers. Each service, be it installation or
our periodic servicing, is done with extreme care and passion by our
professionally trained service specialists, known as CUCKOO+ Service
Specialist and CUCKOO+ Technical Specialist, who are part of our
CUCKOO+ Service Group.
We are the first brand in the market to offer a fully specialised team that
is solely dedicated to providing Beyond Standards after-sales service and
have received a 97%* customer satisfaction rate in an independent survey
conducted in 2022.
